Macalester-Summit Hill Living at Home Program (formerly Macalester-Groveland Seniors) brings neighborhood health professionals and volunteers together to provide services for adults aged 65 and older who reside in the communities of Macalester-Groveland and Summit Hill (see map below).

We provide services that enable our elders to live in their own homes and delay or avoid placement in nursing facilities.
